Evans City Rotary is joining all Rotary Clubs both nationally and internationally in their efforts to eradicate Polio from the world. The EC Rotary has started a grass-roots campaign for the months of February and March 2010 to collect spare change within the community. Milk bottles clearly marked with "Pennies for Polio" and the Rotary Gear Emblem have been placed at the following local businesses: Viola's Market, Evans City Pharmacy, Main Street Grille, Evans City Auto Parts, Skander Tire, Sports & Spirits, Jessica Mae's, and Discount Matresses.
Polio is curable and The Rotary is close in eradicating this dreadful disease from the world. Please help and support Evans City Rotary's local efforts to this crusade by donating your spare change to "Pennies for Polio". We need your help in finishing the JOB.

| Evans City will again be hosting the Oktoberfest. This years event will be held from Friday thru Sunday September !7, 18, & 19. The festival is always looking for new vendors, activities, and parade entries.
